Technical Features of the Calibrator(Model W550-F4)
1.Four parallel light pipes (W550-F4).Three are forward looking ,in low angle, horizontal angle and high angle respectively.The one for rear looking is in horizontal angle.
2.A cross-hair board with the precision of 30” is integrated in each parallel light pipe, ideal for calibrating high precision measuring instruments.
3.The forward looking and rear looking parallel light pipes in horizontal angle are both collimated parallel light pipes with a fine adjustment function in four directions,adding to the ease of use.
4.The long level with the precision of 20” equipped at the side of the horizontal parallel light pipes not only adds a self-checking function,but also greatly enhances the testing precision of horizontal collimation angle
5.For the parallel light pipes in horizontal angle for both forward looking and rear looking,each has a long level with the precision of 20” equipped at the side, so they have self-checking function and fine adjustment function.
6.The parallel light pipes in low angle and high angle allow some space for adjustment. Users can adjust the measuring difference to suit specific needs.

10.The up-down worktable is round and has two layers. At the center of the worktable there is a center spiral to connect and hold the equipment to be calibrated. The spiral is suitable for M16 screws of both English and metric measurements, so that both domestic and imported measuring equipment can be calibrated.
11.At the base of the part for forward looking parallel light pipes,there are three adjustable screws. And there are three circular cushion blocks to enlarge the stressed area at the base.So the instrument is very stable.
